How to return an item

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@kawaiishop.nl with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will email you a return label and detailed instructions within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging (if possible) and attach the return label.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest post location. Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Plushies and stationery must have all tags and seals intact.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Refund details

Refunds include the full item price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we cover return shipping fully.

Once we receive your return, we inspect the items and issue your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@kawaiishop.nl with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
